It hits nice but....

As far a functionality, it works great. And I can kind of understand the whole random selection thing but I was a little disappointed when I looked at my elephant and realized both of it's back legs were facing the wrong way and crooked, a long with the tusks being twisted into the trunk. I used a coupon but got shipping insurance so I still paid the 25$. I probably won't be spending anymore money on this website if that's the quality I'm going to get. I'd rather go to a shop spend the money and get exactly what I want verses ordering something just to end up with a random disappointment.

Elephant pipe

Recently I bought an elephant pipe because my first one broke (I bought that one from you too). I like it a lot, it hits nice and it's unique because none of them are the same. They come in random colors and I find that dope. Overall your guys products are really good and your glass are really durable. I can always rely on you guys for a new bowl. I'll always shop from this website.
