A: Toker Supply offers FREE shipping on ALL USA orders. The average delivery time for free shipping is 3 business days, but depending on your location it can take up to 6 business days. Faster shipping options are available for a small additional fee, and international shipping is also offered. All orders are shipped within 24 hours, but delivery dates or times cannot be guaranteed, as factors like weather or holidays can occasionally cause delays.

A: Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked brown boxes, padded envelopes, or white USPS Priority Mail boxes. There are no logos or markings indicating what's inside. The return address shows only “T Supply” or “GH Distribution.” Only you will know what's inside the package.

A: Toker Supply reserves the right to require a signature on any order at its discretion due to security concerns. The company takes fraud and underage orders seriously and is obligated to report credit card fraud to the authorities. Customers who are underage should not order from the site.

A: Go to “My Account” and click “Order Status.” A status of “Awaiting Fulfillment” means the order is still processing; it will change to “Shipped” with a tracking link once it ships. You can also use the Track Your Order page by entering your email address and order number.

A: Orders are placed for fulfillment the same day or the following morning, and all orders ship within 24 hours unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ship first thing Monday morning.
