How much does shipping cost?
TokerSupply offers FREE USA shipping on all orders. In addition, you may choose to purchase expedited shipping (2-day, Overnight, etc) at checkout.
How long does free shipping take?
Free shipping is delivered via USPS or FedEx, and takes anywhere from 3-5 business days.
How long until my order ships?
All orders ship the next business day! If you order on a weekend your order will ship Monday morning!
Do you offer discreet packaging?
At TokerSupply, we totally understand the need for discreet packing. For your privacy, all packages are shipped in plain brown or white USPS Priority boxes with a return address of T Supply. There will be no mention of Toker Supply or what's inside on your package.
What if my product comes broken?
We have shipped over half a million glass pieces so we are experts at ensuring your package gets to you safely. However in the rare occasion something arrives broken, no worries just email us a picture and we replace it that same day free of charge.
Returns & Refunds
We are proud to offer the best return policy in the industry! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may file a return for unused items within 7 days of delivery. Due to legal liability, Toker Supply does not accept returns on items that have been used.
